Rick Schmidt

Rick Schmidt

Owner

Grew up in Minnesota. Worked on Aircraft, Porsche, and Volkswagen up to 1975. Moved to South Dakota and attended Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls. Graduated heavy diesel in 1976. Moved to Texas in 1977.


Started Foreign Specialists in 1984, located at Tesoro & Broadway. Rick has always enjoyed working on Import vehicles and learning new technologies.

Grew up in Minnesota, went into the Army in 1981. She went thru several schools and held job positions, including Electronics/Communications, Combat Medic, Motor Vehicle Operator, and Lab Technician. Rhonda attended Medical Assistant School in 1984 in Nashville, TN.

 She moved to San Antonio in 1994. Rhonda binds our business together and keeps the office running smoothly. She enjoys helping to take care of any customer needs.

Rhonda takes care of all our marketing needs, printing, folding, and labels for the weekly flyers. She keeps our inventory at proper levels to ensure a smooth workflow.

They sometimes come to greet you and get rubbed. Otherwise, they take lots of cat naps and occasionally request playtime and pets.
